When it comes to 5-a-side, Cityfives is in a league of its own. Why? Cityfives has been developed by two individuals who have a passion for football and want to provide the best 5-a-side experience for its members. Cityfives is the premier 5-a-side provider. 5-a-side is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK and Cityfives is helping the sport grow even more. Cityfives is based at the Attlee Youth & Community Centre (AYCC), a local charity in Tower Hamlets, on the doorsteps of the City. Leagues operate between 6-9pm on Wednesday and Thursday currently but watch this space for new leagues starting in the near future! We can also cater for corporate team days and what a better way to develop morale within your company, during doom and gloom period being seen in the UK, than treat you staff to an ultimate 5-a-side experience. Cityfives help local youths and members of Attlee Youth & Community Centre who live in one of the most deprived areas in England. To support and develop young people Cityfives entered an Attlee team of over 16 into one of the leagues, allowing them to play competitive 5-a-side football as well as giving them the opportunity to network with those working in the City which, it is hoped, would help them realise the potential opportunities that are available to them on their doorstep. Cityfives also placed an individual onto a referee course and provided him with volunteer experience in refereeing in Cityfives leagues. This is an area Cityfives wishes to expand on by offering Leagues for youths, girls only, Primary Schools and for those with Disabilities as well as up skilling more young members of AYCC. The more Corporate teams entering a Cityfives league, the more we can do to support the local community.
